On October 20, 2016, Gabrielle David, MJ “Sutton” Spanton & Dr. Ashley Sides became partners in the ownership of Animal ER Care, LLC (AERC), previously known as Animal Emergency Care Centers. With all three partners having a goal of excellence in patient care and client service, they knew purchasing AECC from Dr. James Gaynor would be the first step to achieving that goal for Animal ER Care, LLC. They have continued the legacy of quality emergency care for pets within their community. And to support the growing demand, an additional location was opened in October 2022. Along with adding this clinic, the three partners welcomed an additional partner, Dr. Jennifer Price. Together, the AERC teams strive to serve every emergency with Kindness, Compassion, and Integrity.

The Finalist Reception and Expo features a forum of speakers, networking opportunities, and the recognition of finalists in front of an audience of 300 people. The event takes place April 18th, 2024, at the Geotech Environmental Equipment in Denver.
