Dr. Kociuba grew up in Chicago, IL, and obtained both her bachelor’s and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
She then returned to Chicago to complete her rotating internship only to realize that the mountains are her true home. She enjoys hiking, camping, and backpacking in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
Eliza, her trusty canine sidekick, tags along with any adventure. At home she enjoys her collection of plants and having game nights with friends.
